I made a mistake in entering my address, what can I do?

If the information filled in during the order process is incorrect, please contact our customer service in order to modify the problematic fields.

I did not receive my order

If you have not received your order within the time period indicated on our site. Please contact the carrier of your package using the tracking numbers you were given to identify yourself directly on the platform concerned. The MinibudCBD team will not be able to inform you about the details of the delivery.

Where is my order?

If you have received an email confirmation of your order from the MyBud Shop team. This one was taken in charge by the carrier selected during the validation of your basket. Thank you to contact the company in charge of the routing of your parcel by using the tracking numbers which were communicated to you to identify you directly on the concerned platform. The MyBud Shop team will not be able to inform you about the details of the delivery.

What are our delivery times?

We guarantee same day shipping if you place your order before 3pm. Delivery times are 48 and 72 hours with Colissimo.

How do loyalty points work?

You must create an account with MinibudCBD before you can earn loyalty points. Then, each euro spent will give you 1 point. 
At 500 points, you earn the Newbie rank which gives you a 5% discount on all our products.
At 1500 points, you earn the Confirmed rank which gives you 10% discount on all our products.
Finally, if you reach 3000 points, you earn our highest rank, Expert, and you get 15% discount on all our products.

Do MinibudCBD products comply with the legislation?

All products offered on the platform MyBud Shop comply with French and European regulations, ie a THC level below 0.3%.
